A clear lounge room, covered patio or level garden can work. For up to 12 children, aim for roughly 4 × 4 metres of usable activity space, with room for adults nearby and exits kept clear. This is a planning guide, not a fixed minimum. A smaller space may suit a smaller group or seated activities; we would check the layout before confirming.

No special room, stage or themed decorations are needed. The proposed setup is a small story mat, a few props and a portable speaker. Your normal party space is the setting. A large backdrop is not part of the standard package.

Normal daylight or ordinary room lighting is ideal. Please keep the space bright enough to see children, craft materials and the floor clearly. There is no need for darkness, flashing lights, candles or smoke effects.

Please allow access around 20 minutes before the party for a short host check and setup. The booked 60, 90 or 120 minutes is entertainment time. Allow around 15 minutes afterwards for packing up. We would agree the arrival arrangements with you beforehand.

Yes, if the space is level, dry, shaded and safely away from pools, roads, barbecues and other hazards. Please secure pets and have a suitable indoor or covered backup. Wind, heat or rain may mean moving the activities inside.

These may work with the venue’s permission and a suitable safe area. Public parks may need council approval or a booking. Toilets, access, noise rules, weather shelter and space for the group all need checking. We would confirm suitability before accepting a venue.

You provide the safe venue, an adult host who stays and supervises, food and drinks, and a wet-weather backup. Craft packages need a stable table or suitable low work surface, with seating if your group needs it. Please provide any food, cups and table setting for pretend tea-time.

The proposed standard kit includes the costume, storybook and picture prompts, a small character prop, a story mat, a battery speaker, and the agreed games and craft supplies. Food, furniture, a full party styling installation and live animals are not included.

The standard setup is planned around a charged battery speaker and offline music, so no Wi-Fi or power point should be needed for the entertainment. Any extra equipment would be discussed with you in advance.

The opening party range is designed for ages 4–7. Tell us about younger siblings or a mixed-age group so we can discuss suitable activities and materials. We would confirm the fit before booking.

Larger groups need a tailored quote and may need another performer. Please count siblings who will join the activities. The right number also depends on the space and activities, not just the package length.

Yes. A responsible host adult must remain present and supervise throughout. This is party entertainment, not drop-off childcare. Adults help with toilet trips, food and individual support while the fairy leads the group.

Watching from beside a grown-up is welcome. No child needs to hug, pose for a photo or join a game. Tell us what helps your child feel comfortable so we can discuss quieter music, seated activities or a gentler introduction.

The opening concept uses simple, contained craft and reusable props. No loose fairy dust is blown or scattered around children. Please clear valuables and protect the craft surface; the fairy would collect the activity materials at the end.

The party is about the children’s experience. Our proposed approach is for parents to arrange any keepsakes privately in advance, with stock kept out of sight. A character prop used in the story would not automatically be a gift or an item for sale.

The proposed regular starts are 10 am or 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, at least seven days ahead. Location and performer availability need checking. Other events, including shopping-centre programs, would be quoted separately.

We are exploring The Lost Storybook Star as a matching illustrated keepsake. The indicative price is $25 for the book or $55 for a doll-and-book set. The cover shown is an AI concept; the book has not yet been written, illustrated throughout or printed. You can tick your interest in the booking preview. No purchase or payment is made.

You can express interest in a proposed 60-minute photography add-on, with an indicative budget of $399–$499. We would confirm the photographer, final quote, edited image count, delivery timing and private gallery arrangements first. A parent or guardian’s permission would be needed for participating children; public marketing use would require a separate choice. The fairy keeps leading the party while the photographer takes the photos.
