Proposed starting commitment: availability on at least one Saturday or Sunday across two weekends each month. Choose dates in advance. Availability does not guarantee work.
Accept a clear brief
See the location, duration, group size, agreed fee and preparation requirements before accepting a job. Travel, setup, pack-down and training arrangements must be clear too.
WHAT YOU WOULD NEED
Warm energy.

- 18 or older under our proposed launch policy.
- Confidence engaging children aged 4–7.
- Reliable transport for yourself and a party kit.
- Willingness to complete required screening, training and a practical audition.
- Comfort following a party plan and communicating promptly.
- A safe, professional approach to working around children.
Before anyone starts
We would confirm suitability, references, required Queensland child-related screening and induction before assigning work.
Written terms would set out pay, employment or contractor status, equipment, costume care, travel, cancellations, insurance and any training costs. The correct working arrangement still needs assessment.
